Dwarka Expressway, a lifeline that connects the National Capital Delhi to the neighboring city of lifestyle Gurgaon. It is one of the fastest developing residential and commercial paradises of the Delhi and NCR region. This upcoming expressway is attracting a decent herd to invest. The respective authorities too have approved the adjoining areas of this expressway for the residential and commercial developments.
A property broker from a reputed real estate consultancy says, “ there are a number of new and Government Approved residential and commercial developments being launched around this upcoming Dwarka Expressway”.
Prices of these development projects are already up by 15% to 20%. The resale properties are also seeing a good rise in
prices. A property consultant from Gurgaon Mr. Pawan Gera says, “the properties in the locality are on the rise because of the value and importance of the Dwarka Expressway”. “This rise will be seen continuously for a long period of time”, he added further.
The expressway is being considered as an important linking road which will connect Dwarka to the NH-8. Being of such importance, developments have started taking place but it might take a good amount of time for it to get full developed.
Prices are not too high at this moment and one can seek a favorable investment.
