are being expected to give profitable returns in Mumbai.
Reason given for Kalamboli is that it is situated at the
crossing junction of National Highway 4, Panvel Highway, Goa Highway, Pune
Expressway. The research says that Kalamboli will be a very busy locality of
Mumbai-Navi Mumbai in years to come. With presence of these important highways
and expressways and an International Airport in vicinity, Kalamboli might also
give much unexpected returns.
These areas will also be seen as the most invested locality
of Mumbai- Navi Mumbai. Investments in these localities will be risen to around
10 % and the prices of the real estate can touch an all-time high once again.
